Kok Peng Teh

Dr. Teh is a member of Sky9’s Advisory Board. He brings a wealth of experience and insight about venture capital and private equity. Dr. Teh is a Senior Advisor of China International Capital Corporation Limited, a joint-venture investment bank listed on HKSE. Before his retirement in 2011, he was President of GIC Special Investments from April 1999 to June 2011. Prior to this, he was concurrently Deputy Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Deputy Managing Director of GIC. He began his career with the World Bank.

He is currently the chairman of Azalea Pte Ltd and Lu International Pte Ltd as well as a board member of Sembcorp Industries Ltd, Fullerton Health Corporation and Taikang Life Insurance Co, Ltd. He also serves on the board of the East Asian Institute of the National University of Singapore. 

Dr. Teh completed his undergraduate studies at La Trobe University, Melbourne and his graduate studies at Oxford University.
