Shannon Huang has over 10 years of experience in executive search, leadership/culture development and HR management. She has provided organization structure design, operation optimization, leadership advisory, culture shaping and senior executive search services to multinational companies in Asia, as well as Chinese enterprises. Previously, Shannon served as HRD at PingAn Group. She was responsible for the group’s overall talent strategy, senior executive search and investment team HR. Prior to that, Shannon worked for 2 well-known multinational head-hunting firms with nearly 10 years of consulting experience in the field of financial risk management.
Shannon holds a master’s degree in System Engineering from University of Virginia.
